With 606 hours on the game clock, I've really come quite far. Despite all that, I still don't have access to the final dungeon. This video has 2 parts. The first part mainly revolves around how the progress is. The second part has a few battles to show how this progress is.

The key thing to note is how effective my Wakka is for healing. Forget curaga, use this method - it's 11 times more effective, seriously! At best, curaga can only heal about 13,200 with 255 magic and it takes 4 charges to recover with base speed 3 (agility at 170 or higher) and auto haste (which cuts the charge count in half, dropping the fractional part (meaning haste more than doubles the speed as 4 1/2 (from 9, after curaga's 3x multiplier) becomes 4)). With my setup, I can routinely heal around 35,000 HP and I only need 1 charge instead of 4. That's about 2 3/4 times the amount healed and it can be done 4 times as often, making it 11 times more effective. How can you do it 4 times more often? That answer is quick hit. Quick hit has a 1x multiplier. With base speed 3, that means 3 charges is the base. With auto haste, that gets cut in half to 1 1/2. The fraction gets dropped so it's actually just 1. By having my Wakka with 255 luck (the max) and keeping everyone's luck around the 170 area (155 and below guaranteeing critical hits), Wakka will always hit, removing the evasion issue. Deleting all evasion nodes and going with extra accuracy will help even more. Despite having 255 defense and 255 strength with only "strength+20%" to add 20% more to the healing, this method far outweighs what curaga can do for healing. The only downside, though I have yet to verify things, is that Wakka has a hard time hitting himself. Once I can get clear spheres, I can get rid of the accuracy nodes and stick to accuracy to help but again, I'm unsure if this will actually help any. The next better method is letting someone die then using full-life to get up to 99,999 in cure. The next better method is auto-regen which will only heal around 350 per charge or about 1500 for a steal or attack.

Toward the end, I show you a very effective way of getting gil.

Since it seems that my TV tuner is less stable on Windows 7 (it's from the Vista days), the audio is really off and the video skips a lot, far more than it was doing on XP. I will have to get a new TV tuner if I'm to get any better gaming videos as it's a real pain having to correct this all the time.
