The August 2013 move within Fargo, ND

Back in late July of 2013, having had major dissatisfaction with the place I first got (since it was a rushed decision), me and my sister were looking for a new place. Many places just didn't work out. We weren't in a rush though. I delayed this video being posted as I was hoping to get a thanks segment in there for the 2 that helped with the move: Travis and Evan. With several months of trying and getting nowhere with a dual meetup, I eventually forgot about this video. When I finally got a new hard drive where I needed to go by and transfer all the videos over, these video segments have just been sitting there. With the odds of a dual meetup extremely unlikely, I just figured I'd go with it, leaving out the thank you part from the video.
Basically, the new place that I found has many key benefits. First, I have access to 20 Mbps upload speeds (and still much higher) for a surprisingly low cost. Back in Minot, 12 Mbps down with 1.1 Mbps up cost about $43 a month. My old place had 6.23 Mbps down and 850 Kbps up for even more. In my new and current place, I get 20 Mbps down and 20 Mbps up for barely $30 a month. Not only that, but, being on the second floor (a target as, whether going on floor 1 or floor 2, you have 8 stairs), we get a balcony and a fairly decent view of what's going around (the third floor needs 24 stairs). Being on the south-facing side of the building, I have access to DirecTV which meant I could return to working on Platform Masters after a roughly 5-month gap of nothing happening (since this, I've more than made up for it with new ideas, enhancements, and 3 streaks lasting more than 40 days (the most recent, as of the time of this video, going on 121 days).
A few of my hopes with my move to Fargo have been realized. First, I got the upload speeds that I wanted, finding that YouTube takes about 3 times longer to process the video than it takes to upload it and that I can't upload any faster than 10 Mbps to YouTube. I get pizza delivery (sadly, Deek's won't deliver here... and my sister dislikes them leaving me completely out of luck on that), but I'm generally not in favor of pizza delivery due to the use of tips that picking it up is immune to. I'm still looking for a pizza place offering a pizza that's bigger than 18 inches but no bigger than 24 inches (30 is the closest I can see after 18, an excessively big gap).
The biggest thing, perhaps, is that I'm finally getting more income than I ever have before, something I couldn't do at all back in Minot. First, starting on October 12, 2013, I'm the caretaker of the building, netting me $100 extra a month. Later on, a few months later starting in March, I got an extension on this that yields an hourly relate where I can go at it depending on availability - picking up trash at $10 an hour. It's the first time I've worked with a time sheet. As of the time this video has been posted, I have a third extension on it that hasn't happened yet but very likely - caretaking for a second building which will give me another $100 a month if it does happen (current odds: 90%).
One other detail is kind of questionable for progress - having a local friend. Although Travis and Evan, who helped with the move, are essentially local friends, they are met so infrequently and they're only here for the college. When they leave, I'd be out leaving me with nothing.
So far, compared to how things were in Minot, things are much better here. Now, if both me and my sister could get even more income, that's when the real fun can begin.
This video shows various other things too in this particular area such as bunny rabbits that I got very extreme closeups of. These videos were generally recored from around July 28 to throughout September. Not included is the tour of my new place.
