NOTE: After downloading the file from the official site, this appears to be the Launcher and not the full game files. The launcher will not download the files until the game is out of "Maintenance" mode. It's still a good idea to grab it early, but you'll still be forced to download the files to the game on the open beta's launch. I apologize for any misinformation.
