Chapter 14 best done after the Missing Chocobo mission and when you have AP Up head to the Collapsed Expressway - Entrance then keep running this section it's good for getting all your Green Materia maxed out for the Battle Intel #18 if you want it finished asap.

You can also steal just after the (7:00) fight Champions Belts from the Grungy Bandit then switch you materia back they will stop spawning after a while then respawn again. Also used 3 Magicians Bracelets and the weapons with the most materia slots until finished.

Personally got elemental materia up to 2 stars then used AP plus on Revival materia since its 5000 ap.
