Ultemecia is split across 4 separate forms and six phases so let's talk about them
Sorceress Ultemecia: Difficulty 3/10
She has some aga class spells but her health is so low that she'll die within seconds of the fight beginning.
Griever: Difficulty 6/10
Griver can be pretty devastating with his ability to blow your magic away lowering your stats dramatically and it won't die until after using its signature move that allows the boss theme to change.
Junction: Difficulty 2/10
This phase looks intimidating and has 2 phases of sorts but she won't do crap until she summons her two glyphs so you have an easy chance to just slaughter the monster and you'll never get to see its cool looking unique attack. Then it will lose most of its body and just try to spam ultima but uhhhh this phase has no HP.
Ultemecia: Difficulty 8.5/10 the final phase of the fight is genuinely tough because she doesn't die until she decides she wants to go down.
When you deplete her HP she won't die right away and instead will now have multiple small healthbars you have to take out by repeatedly hitting her while she tries to draw the apocalypse. Or you can destroy her human body to prevent her from drawing the apocalypse but you'll still have to deal with Ultima, hell's Judgement, and meteor all while attacking away until she finally gives up the ghost.
After that enjoy the acid trip followed by the really nice ending.
