While still inside Qu's Marsh when you encounter a Gigan Toad get the enemies HP down below 25% then use the EAT command with Quina to learn the Blue Magic Frog Drop. Certain enemies around the world map can be eaten and the more frogs you catch for Quina the more damage/effective the blue magic skills become. When using his Trance the COOK command works the same way just need the enemies below 50% HP.
