1You want to catch everything except one male and one female and leave the golden frog to help speed up the frogs reproduction process. A Pond can have a max of 8 frogs at a time. They reproduce over the course of game time not game progress or battles fought. Every 2 hours just about the more you check in the slower it goes so make a save outside before checking. You can make another save file if you just want to catch the golden frog right away for trophy then reload and leave him with the male and female to reproduce come back later for more frogs after you have gotten some Blue Magic and Chocobo Graphs.
