Mount Kilanda is the only area you can obtain the Fire Ring, which allows you to cast Fire at any time. It is more likely to appear in cycles 2 and 3, but I was unlucky and didn't have it appear for me this time.
Mount Kilanda is the only place you can find Kilanda Sulfur, but it is a rare drop and usually only appears in cycles 2 and 3. Again, I was unlucky and wasn't able to obtain any this time.
