Final Fantasy I & II [Game Boy Advance] - Journey #349
Final Fantasy I & II are remakes of the two first Final Fantasy games, and bundled together into one GBA cart. Man, this must have been so much value back in the days. The game is pretty true to its original, but does make some fixes to the more broken mechanics from the originals. The visuals are also much improved, the music is re-written and some core mechanics (such as use of spell slots from FF1) has been re-vamped.
The games do play very nice. They look good, sound good and the mechanics are much better communicated than the originals. With that said, these are still very old games, so it is easy to get lost, or buy the wrong gear or save deep in a dungeon and essentially soft lock. But hey, it is still fun, if you played the originals that is.
