Don't freak out just because this guy does a lot of damage. You can easily avoid most, if not all of his attacks.
Cast Blink on every one of your party members. Except for Edge as he will use Image to do the same effect as Blink. When someone is hit 2 times, the Blink dissapears so you'll have to cast Blink on that character again. If you do it this way, you'll be getting off with not much to no damage at all.
Unfortunately, Behemoth is not vulnerable to magic spells of any sort, so consider Rydia useless in this fight. Unless you have Flare, you should use that. Cecil and Edge are going to be the main damage dealers for this fight. FuSoYa and Rosa should cast Blink on anyone who has lost their Blink status, and heal if needed.
