Audio Issues:
TL;DR: The audio issue is because I Forgot to save the different audio tracks in OBS.

Less short version: I built a new computer and while I was doing a test recording, I forgot that I was still testing and ended up recorded a full episode.
The resolution was still set to 720p and I forgot to set OBS to separate and the different audio tracks.
I also have issues with random crackling for the next few episodes which was hard to troubleshoot since I couldn't reproduce it all the time.
