A fairly decent game with some simple mechanics, a basal storyline, and lots of glitches.

For the first battle of the game just pray you do not miss more than 2 times or it does not critical more than twice. If this occurs, there is a strong likelihood you will be forced to start a new game as you can get stuck in a loop.

Glitches in this video: leveling glitch which can be easily activated on the last battle of any battlefield that gives exp. What happens in regards to this glitch is that the games code is not expecting another round of experience after the initial input and therefore just sends it through again for an overflow effect. An oversight, but with limited rom space you cannot expect alot of error handling code on top of ai, graphics, music, all while still having space for text from npcs and such and other scripted actions.

Defense glitch is where a character defends one character and instead of receiving the full damage, that would otherwise be spread between the two, they receive only the damage they would have gotten. This only applies to actions that target more than one character.

Battlefield glitch 2(not shown in playthrough): If you are about to die and another enemy self-destructs then you get the exp for that battle and you can restart it. Here is the kicker though, the counter for the battelfield will go up everytime you do this until it reaches a maximum of 255.

Cure glitch: Undead are cured by the cure spell instead of damaged by it, while the life spell is indeed a instant kill against all undead. The thing occurring with this one is that they reversed a flag so that instead of a 0 it is 1 or vice versa depending on how they coded that section. In effect, normal monsters are damaged by the cure spell.

Interesting notes: item chests can be abused to get infinite amounts of any particular item you need.
