Final Fantasy Tactics Advance Ritz Build (Assassin)
This video focuses on Ritz and what I recommend for her. Since she starts off and "born" as a Fencer, her stats are more focused towards being a physical attacker as opposed to a magic user. I beat the game with a single high level character to try and recruit her at the lowest level possible to try and fully customize her.

Her best build is going to be as an Assassin or Sniper. They are the best for physical attacking which is what Ritz is all about. She will have very good weapon attack, speed and MP. Our main ways of finishing off our enemies will be with Last Breath and Ultima Masher.

Sharpshoot/Aim/White Magic/Summon (Anything you want essentially.)

Killer Combo

This is the best build I can think of for Ritz. A great bow is probably better than using Masamune 100 because of its range but I'm a personal fan of Katanas and swords.
