2Explore the Molten Cave and you’ll find some treasure chests as you go deeper into the cave. One room has a lone chest containing the Ultima Weapon, but after you open it, you have to battle against Neo Shinryu first. This newly upgraded version of Shinryu has the same moves as its original counterpart does. Neo Shinryu will lead off by casting a mighty guard spell, and after that, it will unleash a barrage of cyclones to reduce your entire team’s health to a single digit left, so be sure to cast a white wind to fully heal them. Be sure to also cast a float spell, because Neo Shinryu can trigger earthquakes. If its health is mostly depleted, Neo Shinryu will cast a mute spell that will prevent your team from using spells for the rest of the battle. At times, Neo Shinryu can become invincible, meaning that your moves won’t do any damage at all, so just keep hitting at random until you deal damage. After its health has been depleted entirely, it will cast a giga flare and meteors, so make sure you have enough health to survive all of it. Afterwards, you'll receive the Ultima Weapon.
