Recruiting our first party member of the World of Ruin, but first we rescue a kid from a collapsing building! Okay so yes they're connected, but details.

Worth noting in this part:
-This is actually optional! Skipping it makes the coming bit (Figaro Basement) much harder though.
-There wasn't anything worth showing in Albrook, just an NPC saying "hey someone like you was here recently". Tzen has the first interesting bit.
-I ran from most fights cause I'm chicken and my Celes is way behind in learning and a timer.
