The second strongest dragon and depending on when you choose to fight him probably the most difficult as well. Just like the earth dragon this boss likes to stick to using attacks of his own element. The difference is the fire dragon is fast as he will often get off 2-3 attacks in a row and you don't really have a way to mitigate fire damage by this point in the game and Flare star hits through it anyways. He is weak to ice and water but he's not going to just lie down and take a beating. For winning you'll get yourself the dragon horn for when you want to just take your character and watch the world burn... or stab an enemy over the head a lot I guess.
Anyways after that is a scene with Locke and Celes as their questline comes to a close. We'll see the conclusion of it in the true ending.
