Final Fantasy VI T-Edition Blind Playthrough | 057 Fire Crystal
I hate the Phoenix Cave. This is the third time I've had to enter this dungeon and I really hope today is my last time entering it.
The Molulu Charm only prevents monsters in the group that has Mog. The other group will still have to deal with random encounters. At the very end of the Phoenix Cave, there is a red sparkle. DO NOT TOUCH IT. If you do, you'll be sent back to the entrance of the Phoenix Cave. Instead, talk with the treasure chest at the end to enter the Fire Crystal.
The boss fight isn't too bad, except for her Sword Rain final attack. I was lucky and had Mog jump to attack and Terra killed the boss right after he jumped. Sword Rain does heavy physical damage to everyone. You can avoid it by casting Vanish on everyone, most likely.
After this, you should be able to unlock every weapon in the treasure vault back at the Ancient Castle. Happy treasure hunting!

Final Fantasy Vi T-Edition is a rom hack that changes large aspects of the original game. The hack rebalances mobs, bosses, adjusts some relics effects (such as Earrings no longer stacking together), fixes many bugs, different character outfits, adds music from other Final Fantasy games, side quests in pubs, and a whole lot more.
Each character now gains stats upon level up instead of from equipping Magicite. This makes each character play quite differently from each other and addresses the main problem with magic being extremely over powered in the original game. Some characters got overhauled quite a bit, such as Sabin's Blitzes using his Stamina in damage calculations, Mog's Dances no longer missing and placing Mog into a sort of Berserk status, and Gau no longer requiring going to the Veldt to learn Rages.
