This is video #007 in my Final Fantasy VII playthrough. Avalanche boards the train that goes from Sector 7 to Sector 4. Unfortunately, they run into trouble before they expect it. There are a few interesting things you can do to get some good items while running through the cars. If you want to date Yuffie, just let the time run out so that you get caught by the Security Lockdown. If you want to date Tifa or Barret, get to the last car without getting caught. For Aeris, it doesn't much matter, but the safer course is probably to get caught by the Security Lockdown.
When Cloud and company reach the last car without getting caught, they bail from the train into the Winding Tunnel. There is a security guard station at the southern end of the tunnel, where you can fight an endless swarm of Special Combatants if you wish. Otherwise, the party's goal is to the north.
