This is video #013 in my Final Fantasy VII playthrough. The party takes the coupon from the Diner to the Pharmacy and chooses the Digestive.
Then, they go to the inn and choose to stay. Then, they "Buy the one for 200 Gil." They deliver the goods to the Materia shop owner to receive the Diamond Tiara.
Then, the party goes to the bar. First, they check the restroom to find a woman having some problems. In return for the Digestive, she will give Cloud the Sexy Cologne. Then, they talk to the owner of the Boutique. To get the best dress, Aeris chooses something "That feels soft" and "that shimmers." The reward is the Silk Dress. This is absolutely necessary if Corneo is to choose Aeris or Cloud.
The next item needed to infiltrate Don Corneo's mansion is a wig. To get that, Cloud must go to the cross-dressers' gym and beat a musclehead at squats. It is not terribly hard to beat him because he messes up from time to time. For winning, Cloud gets the Blonde Wig. This is also absolutely necessary if Corneo is to choose Aeris or Cloud.
Next, they find someone in the southeast of town that gives them the Member's Card. This is good for entry to the Honey Bee Inn.
