Final Fantasy VII Remake Demo Leaked As Icon Appears On The PlayStation Store
It looks like Square Enix and Sony are planning on giving Final Fantasy fans a belated holiday gift, as a demo icon for the Final Fantasy VII remake has appeared on the PlayStation Store.
The remake for the classic that was released back in 1997 has gotten a ton of trailers throughout this year, as the game is getting ready to officially hit consoles next March. On top of that, select journalists from the gaming world have gotten a chance to play demo versions of the game, and for the most part, it’s been pretty well received by those who have been lucky enough to sample it.
Final Fantasy VII’s demo icon was discovered by Gamestat, which is the same publication that uncovered the artwork for the Resident Evil 3 remake a few days before it was officially announced. So, it’s pretty safe to assume that a demo for the FFVII remake will be announced and revealed soon.
According to the publication, there are four listings on the PlayStation Store for the Final Fantasy VII demo, which are separated by region, as it’ll be available for players in Asia, Europe, Japan, and North America.
