The boss fight against Eligor fought on hard mode in Final Fantasy VII Remake. The first thing you'll want to do when the fight starts is build up your ATB guage with Aerith. As soon as your ATB gauge is full, cast Arcana Ward so that your party members can cast their magic spells twice in a row. Since Eligor is weak to ice magic, you'll want to have the ice materia equipped for all 3 party members so you can take down its health quickly, along with using poison against Eligor. In the 2nd phase, Eligor will cast reflect on itself and your party members which means that you can't use your healing magic without you also healing Eligor in the process. So an alternate way to heal is to use either Prayer or Chakra.
