Once you complete all requirements you unlock the VR mission for Leviathan. Beating it unlocks its summon. This fight is easier than most of the regular boss fights on Hard mode and doesnt seem to scale up with the difficulty mode, aside from not being able to use items on Hard. Very easy fight. Beat it on the first attempt. The next encounter shown with the Smogger and Sweeper Prototype was harder and got that on my second attempt. Lightning materia with magnify speeds that up.
