phase 1: before staggering make sure you have full atb and rise n fall attached then stagger get off 3 true strikes and 2 dive kicks

phase 2: build up stagger with chi trap before ballistic hole comes out his patter he begins just shooting then mutilation then azul assault, nutilation, behmoth beam, mutilation then azual assault then mutilation then ballistic hole if you dont have 2 atb by time you stagger him thats okay i made up for it with a extra dive kick

phase 3: have rise n fall full atb before u stagger him remember he recovers health dont take to long otherwise u wont finish him before stagger runs out i cut it a little close as you can see
