It all begins here, a journey that will take me many months, and tens of hours to complete. I'm really excited to be playing this iconic title, so join me, Cloud and the rest of the gang as we take you on a trip through memory lane. We begin in the city of Midgar, where a group called AVALANCHE, labelled as terrorists by the government is on a mission to blow up a reactor which they believe is being used to provide energy at the cost of killing the planet. Their leader, Barrett, has enlisted the services of an ex-SOLDIER, Cloud. The two have very contrasting styles, but the young man's skill cannot be denied. What also cannot be denied is his disinterest in any matters beyond the job, and his payment. Just how this will develop into a journey to save the world, is anyone's guess at this point... Prepare for an epic ride!
