Previously, Heorot carried out Chains of Promathia Mission 7-4: "Calm Before the Storm" at various locations and Promathia Mission 7-5: "The Warrior's Path" aboard the C.I.D. This concluded Promathia Chapter 7: "In the Light of the Crystal". As Promathia Chapter 8: "Emptiness Bleeds" began, he arrived in Al'Taieu, Lumoria. Now, for Promathia Mission 8-1: "Garden of Antiquity", he will gain entry to Al'Taieu's palace.
Heorot resumes in his Mog House in Bastok. He heads out.
Bastok Mines (time 0:50):
Heorot teleports to Bastok Markets.
Bastok Markets (time 1:09):
Heorot visits Karine, the map vendor, at H-9. He picks up the Map of Hu'Xzoi, which covers the Grand Palace of Hu'Xzoi in Al'Taieu. He probably should have picked up the Map of Ru'Hmet, as well.
Heorot teleports to the Tavnazian Safehold, Tavnazia.
Tavnazian Safehold (time 2:46):
On the lower level, Heorot exits south at H-9 to the Sealion's Den.
Sealion's Den (time 3:24):
He talks to Sueleen at H-6 to set out for Al'Taieu, Lumoria.
Al'Taieu (time 3:59):
He gains control at the Auroral Updraft at H-12.
To get to work on Promathia Mission 8-1: "Garden of Antiquity", Heorot climbs onto the bridge starting at H-12 and examines the Crystalline Field at H-11. A cutscene takes place with a few of his Chains of Promathia acquaintances. Now, he must find a way to open the Crystalline Field.
On the southern platform at H-13, Heorot examines the Rubious Crystal. This triggers a battle with three Ru'aern notorious monsters.
After defeating the Ru'aern, he examines the Rubious Crystal at H-13 again. A scene with Makki-Chebukki takes place.
On the western platform at D-10, Heorot examines another Rubious Crystal. This triggers a battle with three more Ru'aern notorious monsters.
After the battle, Heorot examines the Rubious Crystal at D-10 again. A scene with Kukki-Chebukki takes place. It sounds like the Chebukkis are also a few jewels short of a crown.
On the eastern platform at L-10, Heorot examines his third Rubious Crystal. This triggers a battle with three more Ru'aern notorious monsters. Look out for the aggressive sharklike monsters nearby, as well.
After the battle, Heorot examines the Rubious Crystal at L-10 again. A scene with Cherukiki takes place. Those Chebukki siblings can be pretty helpful when they put their minds to it!
At H-11, Heorot examines the Crystalline Field again. In a scene, the gate opens. Well, that wasn't too bad! Heorot automatically enters the Grand Palace of Hu'Xzoi.
Grand Palace of Hu'Xzoi (time 45:03):
At H-8, Heorot examines Home Point #1 and sets it as his current. He will be in here for a while.
Near the Home Point, Heorot examines the Gate of the Gods at H-8. A cutscene takes place with several of his Chains of Promathia friends. Ulmia gives him the Tavnazian Ring, whose enchantment teleports the wearer to the Tavnazian Safehold. Nice!
Then, Heorot examines the eastern Particle Gate at H-8. This triggers a cutscene with Prishe. Promathia Mission 8-1: "Garden of Antiquity" complete!
Next time, Heorot will carry out Promathia Mission 8-2: "A Fate Decided" and explore the Grand Palace of Hu'Xzoi.
Thanks for watching!
