2The Tomb of Raithwall is where the Dynast King and his treasures are kept. It is found west of the Nam-Yensa Sandsea, at the bottom of the Valley of Death. To get the Dawn Shard, you must pass through the tomb, which is guarded by Demon Walls at the entrance. Inside, there are undead enemies. In the final room, Belias, the Gigas , protects the Dawn Shard.

The game was later re-released in Japan as Final Fantasy XII: International Zodiac Job System (ファイナルファンタジーⅫ インターナショナル ゾディアックジョブシステム) , which introduced significant changes to character development by adding a job system. Unlike previous games in the series, Final Fantasy XII features a new gameplay style, replacing random encounters with real-time battles on the field using the Active Dimension Battle system.
