Activate a Fortisol for this fight. Select Blitz and hover over the Right Manipulator (on the left); when your ATB fills, target and execute on Anima. This makes Snow and Sazh attack the Right Manipulator. Then, wait to Blitz until after Anima swipes (it is a counter-attack to attacks, and trying to Blitz immediately will usually interrupt Lightning). Keep Blitzing Anima like this until the Left Manipulator dies. Then, if the Right Manipulator is still alive, do the same trick as before to get Sazh and/or Snow to attack the Right Manipulator, while you Auto-battle Anima.

When both Manipulators die, Anima will pause for a while to revive them. She won't attack during this time, so wail on her. Depending on how long it took the arms to die, she might not finish reviving them, but if she does, be wary of Lightning's HP, and throw a Potion as needed. Feel free to throw a precautionary Potion, as I did here. I will say this a lot, but in general, dying is slower than not dying. :-P
