last 2 numbers indicate which cross hotbar is used, and the position of the ability is at on the 16 cross hotbar slots.

use the following macro for scholars:
/crosshotbar pet "fey wind" "Selene" 2 3

use the following macro for warriors:
/crosshotbar action "Steel Cyclone" 2 3
