We were fortunate enough to speak with Jon Campling, who is the likeness and motion capture artist for King Regis Lucis Caelum in both Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV and Final Fantasy 15.
With Final Fantasy 15 now very much resting nicely in either a PS4 or Xbox One after Christmas, we thought it would be the perfect time to bring a rather nice interview with the face of Regis himself.

There's a range of questions that get discussed with Jon, such as how things have changed following his casting as Regis and how it compares to things like Harry Potter. There's obviously also conversations about Sean Bean, who was of course the voice actor for Regis in Kingsglaive.
Other questions relate to his fantastic beard, what he'd do if he were King of Insomnia for the day and whether he used anything from Final Fantasy Versus XIII to prepare for the role.
