It's been 6 months since I last played Final Fantasy XV. Now, it is time to take on the extra dungeons that were already in the game before the Royal Edition. In other words, I am tackling the Vaults of Lucis if the title isn't a dead giveaway. The first up to bat is the worst as I go to the only Vault in the game where items can't be used, Costlemark Tower. It's bad enough that you have to get to the damn vault from the maze. Then, you have to clear 60 floors of level 75 - 99 monsters with NO ITEMS. That is not making the vault challenging, Square Enix. That is called lazily making insurmountable odds because you ran out of time. Sort of like with Via Infinito except the whole dungeon is made of hordes palette swaps and unnecessarily strong monsters. Don't worry, it gets better from here.
