The second part of my 2025 FFXVI playthrough.
The game takes place in Valisthea, a place divided between six nations vying for power using magical Crystals and Dominants who are humans hosting Eikons. Our here Clive Rosfield is caught up in this conflict as a magical drought called the Blight starts to consume the land. Clive is the first-born son of the Duke of Rosfield and is on a journey uncovering the secrets about Valisthea, Eikons and his own destiny. The story explores themes of power, conflict and the consequences of wielding immense magical forces in a world on the brink of collapse.
