Why the hell was the second stage so damn long?

Of course, I know the last two stages are going to be longer, but whatever.

Third boss is Edi. E. Edi. E is a corrupt police officer who looks the other way... at our HEROES! DUN DUN DUUUUUUUUUUUUUN. Anyway, he looks like a cop, only he looks more like a bear too. He's the reason we haven't seen Cody since the first game, the asshat. Apparently, Edi E locked up Cody and Cody stayed imprisoned until Street Fighter Alpha 3. And then went back and started wearing orange and became a sailor mouth in Final Fight: Streetwise. Goddamn it Kyle, get up!
