Finishing the final of the three Kanto starter solo runs. Will probably look into another platform than 3DS Virtual Console for the next one, since that's the only way I can really have another starter.
Charmander was definitely the most troublesome of the three, struggling with Brock at the beginning and Lance at the end. The fact that it's only got a slightly longer time than Squirtle, with whom I had never done a solo run before, consequently causing a lot of silly routing mistakes, says a lot.
