I was able to find Lambert without unlocking Kaer Morhen. As you know in order to play lambert for completion of the side secondary quest called Gwent: old pals you need to play Lambert at kaer morhen. If the last trophy you need to get is the gwent card collector but you dont want to progress through the story far enough to unlock kaer morhen then here is a helpful video on where to find lambert. He is located at the nowhere inn in novigrad. The card we won from Lambert is triss merigold.
