Only the first half of digits is iterated and mirrored to form full palindromes.
Each palindrome is checked for divisibility by k.
If divisible, its sorted digit form is stored to avoid counting duplicates.
This ensures uniqueness based on digit composition, not order.
Finally, for each unique digit set, valid permutations (excluding leading zeroes) are counted using factorials.
