This method avoids string conversion by directly analyzing digits using division and modulus operations. It leverages the observation that all 2-digit numbers divisible by 11 are symmetric (e.g., 22, 33, etc.). For 4-digit numbers, it extracts individual digits and compares the sum of the first two with the sum of the last two. This is more efficient and tailored to specific digit lengths (2 and 4).
