Finding & Testing RADIOACTIVITY of an old clock from an estate sale! I went to a house clean out estate sale which means basically everything left in the house is for sale! One of the items I found in the basement was this old travel folding clock. I knew when I saw it based on years of experience this one was probably radioactive and it was. I paid $1 and brought it home because I know how to handle these things and thought it safer for me to buy it than someone who may not know any better.
What would you have done? Probably best to let the sellers know at the very least because they likely don’t.
