I get to revisit my favorite game from the Metroid Prime Trilogy, Metroid Prime 2: Echoes, the sequel to the critically acclaimed First Person Adventure game from Retro Studios. Metroid Prime is a good game but Prime 2: Echoes just hits different with it's setting, enemies, the dark and light worlds concept (same with the Dark and Light suits), and still one of the best looking 1st party party games for the GameCube not to mention this was the debut game of Dark Samus. In anticipation for Metroid Prime 4: Beyond I'm doing a marathon for the Metroid series playing through all of the Metroid games (except for Metroid Other M and Metroid Prime Federation Force those are never happening in a million years lol) we only need a few more Sky Temple Keys and than it's Emperor Ing Time wonder if we'll come across dark samus again ? and afterwards we'll be starting Metroid Fusion. We were going to start Metroid Prime 3: Corruption next but I'm unsure if I even want to play that game as it looks too much like Halo to me and I don't really care for that generic military shooter series so this makes it hard for me to even want to bother with Prime 3 tbh.
