Finishing the Entrance! - Pogo Games: Merge Academy
5Hey y'all. Welcome to Merge Academy! Today we'll be taking a look at one of Pogo's newest releases, and going over how the game is played. I haven't played this game in a long time, so admittedly I'm a little rusty and the explanations might not be as concise as I'd have liked. So to further summarize what we learned in the video...
The goal of the game is similar to most match 3 puzzles where you need to complete "orders" or certain tasks to pass the levels. To do this you must merge 2 identical items together to create a "next level item". Pouch becomes pestle and mortar, which then becomes a cask, and then a just. So on and so forth. This continues until you have the items listed in the orders panel on the side of the board. Once those are completed you can claim your level rewards and use the gems you earned to reveal and build hidden objects in the area.
