FinnRuns² ｜ Amnesia： The Dark Descent Any% by Edward
0FinnRuns² was a speedrunning marathon hosted by Finnish speedrunners and gaming enthusiasts. In
May 2014, the first FinnRuns marathon was held because there are plenty of Finnish speedrunners,
but no one knows who they are or where they are, if they even exist. The first marathon had it's
fair share of power outages, lame 90's Finnish songs, plenty of good old Finglish and great
speedruns.
The first marathon was an online marathon being mainly hosted from Kuopio, Finland. But in March
2015 (20.-22.3.2015), FinnRuns² was an onsite marathon and was held in Kuopio, Finland in cooperation with Kuopio Game
Expo, a gaming-related convention with gaming tournaments, panels held by video game
enthusiasts, and a video game music concert to top it all off with Kuopio Game Expo being the main event and FinnRuns² being side event. FinnRuns² took place at Kulttuuriareena 44, a youth center in the center of Kuopio.
