Brokers and trading platforms are lying to their customers and even deleting customer complaints. FINRA has been aiding these brokers at deleting GENUINE complaints about broker dealers and trading platforms (as complaints are deleted 90% of the time).
Many of these brokers received multiple complaints, from multiple people, regarding the same issue, and those complaints are still deleted.
This goes to show that it literally doesn't matter if brokers are acting illegally and doing the wrong thing, because FINRA will ignore and delete any/all complaints about them.
