Arcadia is an infamous chapter of Fire Emblem 6. Among people this is considered Fire Emblem 6's Battle Before Dawn and there are several reasons to be afraid of this chapter:
1) Desert. This means all units take a heavy penalty in Movement except magic users (save for mounted ones).
2) Fog of war with cheating AI.
3) Powerful enemies (Manaketes and Wyvern Lords)
4) 25 Turn limit to get to the next secret chapter.
5) Hidden items that are too good for any sane player to ignore.
The Wyvern Lords are the biggest issue here and most of the battle is either won or lost solely on that matter. If you can kill them before they target someone they can one shot, it should be smooth sailing, otherwise...
Take note that the Wyvern Lord at southeast in particular has a Silver Lance and hits like a truck, he can one hit kill most of people here. You'll probably have to bait him out and unleash your best units, or just get lucky like I did here (seriously, Milady dodged a lot of stuff).
Up north there is a Mage with Aircalibur that almost gave me a heart attack when he could one-shot Thanny/Shanna. There is also a Hero with a Killing Edge and a few Mercenaries there as well, so you can't rush either side recklessly or you'll end up with a lot of dead people.
You also gain Sophia and Cecilia here. One is a Shaman with such atrocious base stats that a cookie cut enemy will murder her if they so as much look at her funny and the other is a prepromoted unit, a mounted unit, with mediocre stats that's barely useful here. Yeah.

Guess what? I wasted nearly 2 hours adding CC via youtube here only to realize that MOTHERFUCKING STUPID PIECE OF SHIT desync'd EVERYTHING wasting my goddamn time. So yeah, I am NEVER using that shit again.
