Urf. I was beginning to wonder when the first hour long chapter would happen...

This chapter has some pretty dangerous enemies and reinforcements to deal with, mainly the Cavaliers and Paladins and since the bridges are pretty wide it's all too easy for one of those guys to sneak in and shove a Killer Lance in someone's fragile face. It's basically when Fire Emblem 6 stops going easy and ignoring basic strategies is a surefire way to get your units killed in this chapter.

I did the usual thing here: split the army in two groups, one heading north and the other south. The northern group will face the bulk of the reinforcements, so they should be strong enough for them and always, ALWAYS take take of the Killer weapon Cavalier and the Paladin, in that order, as they can pretty easily trample over anyone they fancy.

Anyway. Horseslayer. 3x more damage to mounted units (except Nomads and Troubadours for some reason) and Tate shows why it's so wonderful to see something like that working on your side for a change.

Coming up next: one of the most infamous Fire Emblem chapters designed and certainly reasons to hate the guts of anyone who had the idea of making that and hating even more those who let that atrocity of a chapter to be created. In short, Arcadia.
