Fire Emblem Awakening: Lunatic 0% Growths Chapter 7 in 4 turns
0Frederick's reign of terror continues, but Chrom also deserves recognition for being a fantastic pair-up partner to him, giving him +4 speed, 55% Dual Strike chance and 10% Dual Guard chance with only B support. Hence the thumbnail.
In retrospect, I didn't need to forge the +1 Killing Edge (I was planning to kill the boss in one hit with Fred) or add an additional +1 might to my Hand Axe, but I'm sure they will come in useful later on.
A 3 turn is definitely possible here with some pretty intense rigging that I didn't want to deal with. I believe the only way to do so would be to have Frederick with a forged Hand Axe wait in turn 2 in the range of the archer and Short Axe barbarian and kill them both with together with a Chrom Dual Strike. That alone isn't too unlikely. But the bigger issue is that he also has to survive everything, which is extremely unlikely given he's not even at full HP on turn 2 (everything has higher than 50 hit on him when he's holding an axe). He's much more likely to survive everything while holding a sword, giving him a weapon advantage towards all the barbarians and wyverns, in addition to neutralizing the thief. Using Sumia instead of Chrom just decreases reliability.
The weapon triangle advantage is extremely important in Awakening, and Frederick being able to use all 3 types of weapons makes him that much more of a monster earlygame. Also, a 3 turn would deny Robin and Ricken the opportunity to gain some essential experience, so I went for a 4 turn here. Shoutout to Ricken for getting the boss kill. Oh, and Sumia attacking the boss while holding Frederick gives them a support point (2/3 of a support point rounds up to 1 at the end of the map, and they already got 3 points from Chapter 6), enabling them to get C support for the next map. If I manage to get Chrom and Frederick a point in the next map, they'll have A support in time for Chapter 9.
Note: I record the convoy after I do the clear itself. There may be minor inconsistencies (like a unit not having a certain weapon in inventory equipped) but please pay that no mind.
