- Linde: Visit the village with Marth. She's just as good as Merric. The problem here is that she's only level 1 while your Merric is probably already far, far ahead. I would only use her if you lost Merric or if he turned out terrible.
- Jake: Visit the house where you meet Anna, then talk to Jake with Caeda. He would be a decent unit if you were able to freely buy ammunition for him. Sadly, your limited to what other Ballisticians drop and one shop near the end of the game. Not very satisfying.
