Recruitable characters:
- Vanessa: Automatically. Frail and this time not even with high Resistance. No, thanks.
- Moulder: Automatically. Low Resistance and low Magic strength make him one of the weaker mages in the game. There are better ones than him in the game so I would only use him until you get other healers.
- Ross: Talk to him with Eirika. A unit that starts out with terrible stats (since he starts at what is basically the lowest promotion levels in Fire Emblem games), but can quickly turn into a rape train if you give him a chance and train him. Definitely my favorite Fighter unit in this game.
- Garcia: Talk to him with Ross. He's also a good unit that you don't have to babysit at first. Ross will usually turn out better, but Garcia's also more than strong enough.
