Fire Force Volume 2: The Hero and the Princess - Manga Review
Welcome to my review of Fire Force Volume 2 by Atsushi Ohkubo. After jumping right into the Rookie Fire Soldier games, Shinra is confronted by Joker who claims to know about his past while also revealing that Sho (Shinra's brother) is still alive. Despite Joker's interference, no one was harmed during the games. However, Captain Obi was able to determine that Joker used Infernal ashes in order to enhance his powers. Later on, we are introduced to Princess Hibana, Captain of Company 5 who is in league with Hajima Industries. The volume ends shortly after Sister Iris attempts to make amends with Hibana (who she sees as a sisterly figure), but she is humiliated in front of Hibana's men by having her clothes burned off instead. Will Shinra and the rest of Company 8 be able to save their friend before more harm falls upon her? Find out in my next review coming soon! Thanks for watching, let me know your thoughts in the comments down below, and have a great day!
