The Netgear Nighthwak M1 MR1100 firmware upgrade is very easy and usually can me completed in less than 5 minutes.

Follow the steps below to update the firmware on the Netgear Nighthwak M1 MR1100:
1. Ensure the Nighthawk MR1100 is turned on
2. Access http://192.168.1.1 and login to the MR1100 as the administrator
3. On the adminstration page select Settings
4. Once in settings, select Administration and then Firmware update.
5. In Firmware update, select Check for updates.
6. If there is a firmware update available select download.
7. The MR1100 will download and install the firmware update. Once it has rebooted the firmware will be updated.
