0Very recently, I have been teaching myself how to create my own binaural frequencies. This video features a 6 Hz theta wave brain frequency, which is intended to help you enter into a state of deep relaxation and meditation. Theta is also the optimal frequency with which to connect with your star family, and that is the main focus of this video.
