Here's my review of the Transformers: Age of Extinction First Edition Optimus Prime. The packaging for this item is really cool and I think Optimus Prime's new look for the new movie is really interesting. The figure itself has a much more simple transformation, which only takes 15 steps. This means the robot mode suffers with a giant backpack almost on his back. But I do like the simple transformation and I think vehicle mode looks good. Overall, I say this is something Transformers fans can probably pass on and wait for something better when the toy line fully releases later this year. However, it's a nice preview of what's to come.
